McNair is from Charleston, SC, and has found her passion in the art of makeup. She was drawn to this career because it provides the freedom she sought outside of a traditional job. She enjoys experimenting with products and finds joy in helping clients feel beautiful. At Process A Hair Salon, her favorite aspect is the vibrant community, including clients, stylists, and vendors, which makes each day unique and engaging.

Outside of work, McNair lives in Forest Acres with her husband of over five years, their two children, and three dogs. She appreciates the local community in Columbia and values being part of a small, locally owned business. In her downtime, Sarah is an avid reader who always keeps a book on hand. She also loves to travel, whether it’s a trip abroad or a day at the beach. Her coworkers cherish her cheerful demeanor, describing her as a glass-half-full kind of person.
