SHANNON

Originally from Philadelphia, Shannon spent 15 years in the legal field before switching gears to pursue a career in cosmetology. She was inspired to begin her journey as a hairstylist after styling her friends’ and their children’s hair for special events. Now she thrives at process, where she loves working with her fabulous coworkers and clients.

Shannon and her husband, Clay, have a daughter named Quinn and three dogs. She enjoys tennis and binging TV (particularly Botched).
